The deadline to order an Overlook Hurricanes team suit is May 10^th. It is important for you to place your order by May 10th to make sure your swimmer has their suit in time for the first meet. You can place your suit order over the phone (980-339-8960) or by visiting the Carolina Swim Shop at the Huntersville Family Fitness and Aquatics Center.

If you order your swimmer's suit after the May 10^th deadline (if the suit is not available in the store), you will have to pay a $10 Special Order fee for the Carolina Swim Shop to get the suit from the manufacturer. The Carolina Swim Shop will do their best to get the suit in time for the 1^st meet but inventories and shipping times can sometimes be an issue during the busy season. 

Also, after the deadline, the Carolina Swim Shop will no longer send suits out for embroidery. The Carolina Swim Shop will be happy to provide their embroiderer contact information and parents are welcome to take the suit themselves at an additional cost (if you order a suit prior to the deadline, the cost of embroidery is included in the price of the suit).
