The YBDry Championship meet is tomorrow, so be sure to eat a good meal tonight & tomorrow morning, get a good night's sleep & come ready to swim!  Please be sure to wear your Overlook Hurricanes team t-shirt to show your Overlook PRIDE!!

Here are a few details for the meet tomorrow (please read to the end, all information is important for you to know):

ARRIVAL TIME, WARM-UPS & MEET START:

11 and older swimmers:

• Please ARRIVE BY 9:45 am to get settled and ready for warm-ups
• Warm-ups begin at 10 am 
• Meet starts at 10:30 am 

10 and under swimmers:

• Please ARRIVE BY 12:15 pm to get settled and ready for warm-ups
• Warm-ups begin at 12:30 pm
• Meet starts at 1 pm 

VOLUNTEERS:

We still need a few volunteers, so if you haven't had a chance to volunteer yet this season or you're just feeling generous with your time, please sign up for a volunteer spot today.  We appreciate all of our families and your support of the team this season.  We rely greatly on you and wouldn't be able to pull off all of our swim meets without your help so THANK YOU!

Volunteers Needed for the 11 & Older Session: 

• Clerk of Course
• 3 timers

10 & Under Session:

• 1 timer
• Swimmer support - parents to help make sure the kids get to the blocks on time

SEATING: 

• There will be plenty of bleacher space for each team and their families. NO chairs permitted on the pool deck.
• There will be a PARENT section on both sides of the pool for parents & guests to use.  
• SWIMMERS NEED TO SIT WITH THE TEAM & COACHES - the meet will go quickly and we need the swimmers to sit with their coaches so we can make sure they get to the blocks in time. 

CONCESSIONS:

HFFA has a snack bar and will have coffee, water, Gatorade, chips, and granola bars. Pizza is supposed to be coming around 11:30 am.  You are permitted to bring in your own food but HFFA does NOT ALLOW LARGE COOLERS OR GLASS.

PARKING:

HFFA has fairly strict parking guidelines so please use the parking map to make sure you park in an approved location. If you'd rather not walk, HFFA offers valet parking for $10.
