It's that time of year again!  Our first meet is less than 1 week away.  We need everyone to RSVP for the first meet as soon as possible.  (Remember, a Not Swimming RSVP is just as important as a Swimming RSVP!)

For those that are new to the Overlook Swim Team, you will need to RSVP for each swim meet.  This lets the coaches know who will be there so that they can assign the events (strokes) and create the relay teams.  You need to RSVP before Friday at midnight.  At that time the system will lock out the RSVP function and the coaches will start assigning strokes and relays.

To RSVP, go to http://overlookhurricanes.swimtopia.com/.  Log in to the site in the upper right hand corner.  (Use the email that this note is sent to.  If you can't remember/figure out your password, email me and I will have the site send you an email with a link to set a new password.)  Click on the "Swim Meets" tab.  Scroll to the meet that you want and click the "Meet Entry" button.  It will display your current RSVP status for each swimmer and you can make changes by clicking the "Edit" button.

You can go ahead and RSVP for all meets this season right now.  That way you don't have to worry about forgetting to RSVP.  If your plans change, you can change your RSVP as often as you like until the RSVP deadline (Friday at midnight for all meets except the Championship).

While you are there, you can also sign up for volunteer spots.  Remember, each family is expected to fill 3 volunteer spots each year.  Without volunteers, we can't run swim meets.
