Riverbend is offering pulled chicken and pulled pork BBQ, chips, nachos, pretzels, candy and drinks.

WARM-UPS

Overlook will have warm-ups at 5:45, so be sure to be at the pool by 5:25 in your Overlook team t-shirt & team suit! Be sure you bring your goggles, towels and chairs. Team swim caps are available to all swimmers who need them.
