This Wednesday night (July 17) is the 11 & Up Championship meet at Mt. Isle Harbor (heat sheets are attached). Please be there by 5:20 to get ready for warmups. Don't forget to wear your team suits & t-shirts and make sure you bring goggles, towels and water bottles!
