REMINDER: 13 & younger swimmers - POOL RULES

    Overlook Hurricanes Families,

This is a reminder that the there are NO LIFEGUARDS at the Overlook pool this year. This means the pool will be swim-at-your-own-risk.

Since we are swim-at-your-own-risk this year there are new rules for our younger residents.  Swimmers 13 years of age and under must be accompanied by an adult or caregiver who must be 16 years of age or older AT ALL TIMES - NO EXCEPTIONS. The caregiver must be a resident or a person designated in writing for the resident.

What this means for our swimmers is that if you are 13 years of age or younger, then you must head home after swim practice UNLESS you are accompanied by an adult or designated caregiver.  We have adult coaches for all of our swim groups, but they leave the pool area after practice ends.  Please let your kids know about the new rules so they know that they are not able to play at the pool after practice.

Pool rules can be found on the Overlook website under Community Info —> Documents —> Community Forms & Rules.
