Our swim meet tomorrow evening is being hosted by Riverbend.  

SWIMMERS & FAMILIES DO NOT ARRIVE BEFORE 5:15PM

The Riverbend pool doesn't close until 4:00pm and they need until 5:15pm to get setup and ready for the meet.  Overlook warmups begin at 5:45pm so please arrive NO LATER than 5:40pm so you can grab your cap and goggles and hop in the pool. so please dont have swimmers arrive until 5:15pm. 

VOLUNTEERS - If you have signed up to volunteer tomorrow evening, all 1st and 2nd half volunteers should attend the Volunteer Meeting at 5:40pm.

PARKING: There is NO PARKING on the grassy field by the pool. If the main one way road is packed, Brighthaven Lane and Smoothstone Dr are wider 2 lane streets that are still close walking distance to the pool. 

CONCESSIONS: Carolina Smash Truck food truck (https://carolinasmashtruck.com/) will be there from 6-8:30pm offering dinner.  Snacks, candy and drinks will be at the concession stand. Concession stand is cash only.
