It's that time of year again! Our first meet is one week away.  We need everyone to RSVP for the first meet as soon as possible.

For those that are new to the Overlook Swim Team, you will need to RSVP for each swim meet. This lets the coaches know who will be there so that they can assign the events (strokes) and create the relay teams. You need to RSVP before Friday at midnight. At that time the system will lock out the RSVP function and the coaches will start assigning strokes and relays.  Since our first meet is on a Thursday instead of a Tuesday this year, you have until Saturday, June 3rd to RSVP.  

To RSVP, go to http://overlookhurricanes.swimtopia.com/. Log in to the site in the upper right hand corner (If you have trouble logging in, email me and I will have the site send you a password reset link). Click on the "Schedule" tab. Scroll to the meet that you want and click the "Meet Entry" button. It will display your current RSVP status for each swimmer and you can make changes by clicking the "Edit" button.

You can go ahead and RSVP for all meets this season right now. That way you don't have to worry about forgetting to RSVP. If your plans change, you can change your RSVP as often as you like until the RSVP deadline (Friday at midnight for all meets except the Championship).

Our league is using the Swimmingly meet management system again this season. This brings digital integration to our swim meets (no more stop watches or clip boards)!  We need to make sure that all Overlook swimmers are also registered in Swimmingly.  Most of you completed this step at registration, but we still have about 25% remaining without Swimmingly ID numbers. We will NOT be able to enter your swimmer in any events without a Swimmingly #.  Returning swimmers still need to complete this step each year.
