Be sure to write your swimmer's event information on their hand/arm in Sharpie.  The heat sheet lists each swimmer's events and can be found on the team website (overlookhurricanes.swimtopia.com) or on the Swimmingly Fan (the parent app with the navy blue logo). This information is in ADDITION to their Swimmingly Swimmer #. This helps kids (especially the younger ones) remember what events they are swimming.  It's much easier to do this when their skin is dry!
