Hi everyone,

in addition to Kelly Stone's pre-meet rundown sent earlier:    

There will be no morning practice tomorrow (Tues 6/11). Instead I'm asking the 11-12 and 13-14's to show up at 4:30 to make sure lane markers are in.  Those not helping with lane markers can assist the meet setup volunteers to ensure they have all help they need organizing the pool deck/clerk of course, etc. 

AFTER the meet I'd like the 15-18 swimmers to stay and help clean-up & re-organize the pool deck  tables & chairs and empty the trash and recycling bins. 

PARENTS: Please help us with trash during the meet. If you see an overflowing trash can - there are black/hefty trash bags in the lifeguard room and full bags go in the fenced trash bin area just outside the pool entrance.  THANK YOU! 

Finally - I wont' be at AM practice Weds or Thursday (6/12 & 13) due to work travel, but Graham Carling, Jarrett Robbins and Mauney Stanley will be there to cover, in addition to our volunteer swimmers.    Sarah Hebert and Lindsay Lawless will have PM practices covered for 11 and ups Weds & Thursday. 

As Kelly said - have everyone READY to swim at 5:10 for the 5:15 warmups. We don't get much time (15 mins).  .
